Ship Ammo to California

We ship ammo to California. Most online ammo sellers stopped, but California law has a clear path: ammunition ships to a California-licensed ammunition vendor near you, you pass the state background check there, and you pick it up. We built that flow into checkout.

How it works

1. Shop as usual and enter your California address at checkout.
2. Checkout asks you to pick a licensed California ammunition vendor near you. Call the vendor first to confirm they accept ammunition shipments and ask about their transfer fee.
3. We ship your order UPS Ground to that vendor, usually within one business day.
4. You pick it up at the vendor, pass the state background check there, and pay any fee the vendor charges.

What the law requires

California Penal Code sections 30312 and 30370 require ammunition purchases to go through a licensed ammunition vendor with a point-of-sale eligibility check. That is why we cannot ship to your door in California, and why we never will until the law changes. You must be 21 or older to order from us in every state.

Cost

Our shipping is charged by weight, the same as any other state, and is shown at checkout before you pay. The vendor's transfer fee is set by the vendor, not by us. See shipping for the weight table and where we ship for every state's rule.
