Shotgun Ammo

Shotgun ammo splits into two jobs: birdshot for clay targets and small game, and buckshot for home defense and bigger game. All of our shotgun ammunition right now is 2-3/4-inch 12 gauge.

For trap, skeet and sporting clays we carry Federal Top Gun, a target load with 1-1/8 oz of #7.5 shot at 1,200 fps or #8 shot at 1,145 fps. For defense, we carry Sellier & Bellot 00 buckshot (nine pellets, 1,214 fps), Rio Royal Buck Home Defense with nine #1 buck pellets (1,250 fps), and Fiocchi Defense Dynamics buckshot.

Shells come in 25-round boxes and 250-round cases. A case of Top Gun covers a lot of practice rounds for a clay shooter. Pattern any buckshot load in your own shotgun, at the distances you expect to use it, before you rely on it.

You must be 21 or older to order. Shotshells are heavy and shipping is charged by weight, so check your cart total before you add several cases. Orders ship from our Phoenix shop by UPS Ground. See where we ship.
