Heisenberg Ammo LLC ("Heisenberg Ammo," "we," "us") runs this store at hsbammo.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it. It covers this store, our email and text sign-up page (join.hsbammo.com), and the sign-up and alert boxes on this store.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and what you bought.
• Account: your login details, if you create an account.
• Age: when you enter the site you confirm you're 21 or older. We save that answer and the date in a cookie and add it to your order.
• Payment: your card is processed by our payment gateway (Authorize.Net / NMI). Our store is set up not to save card numbers.
• Messages: what you send us by phone, text, email, Telegram, or our contact form.
• Ask Heisenberg chat: the messages you type into the chat. We keep a log of chats with card numbers removed, and we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself. If you ask for a person, the conversation and any contact details you give are sent to our team.
• Email and text sign-up: what you type in (such as first name, email, mobile number, ZIP code, state, and date of birth for texts), which boxes you checked, the exact consent wording you saw, and a record of the sign-up (date and time, IP address, browser and device type, and the page you came from).
• Price alerts, restock alerts, and product requests: your email and the product you asked about.

Cookies

• Store cookies that keep your cart, checkout, and account working.
• Age-check cookies that remember you passed the age check, so you aren't asked again for 30 days.
• We don't use advertising pixels or Google Analytics today. If we add them, we'll update this page first.

How we use it

• To process, ship, and support your order.
• To check that you meet the age requirement and that we can legally ship to your address.
• To answer your questions.
• To send the emails and texts you signed up for, and the alerts you asked for.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Email and texts

• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Click it any time.
• We send marketing texts only to people who checked the text box on a sign-up form, and only to people 21 or older. Reply STOP to any text to stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to texts or emails is never a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your mobile number, your text consent, or your email address with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

We share only what's needed with the service providers that run our business for us:

• Our payment gateway and card processor, to charge your card.
• UPS, to deliver your order.
• Our website host, our email-sending service, and our text-messaging service, to run the store and send our messages.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Order records: as long as tax and business record laws require.
• Email and text list details: while you're on the list.
• Sign-up and opt-out records: at least five years, as proof of consent.
• After you opt out or ask us to delete your information, we keep a minimal record (your email or number and the date) so we never contact you again by mistake.

How we protect it

The store runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order and list information is limited to the people who need it. See our Security Policy.

Your choices

• Stop emails: click unsubscribe in any email, or contact us.
• Stop texts: reply STOP.
• See, correct, or delete your information: contact us. We'll keep only what the law requires (such as order records) and the opt-out record described above.
• Depending on where you live, your state's privacy law may give you more rights. Contact us and we'll help.

Adults only

This store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and texts go only to people 21 and older.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
