Ammunition can't be returned once it ships

Once ammunition leaves our hands, we can't confirm it hasn't been tampered with, stored badly, or swapped. For safety reasons we can't take it back or resell it. So all sales are final once your order ships. No returns or exchanges.

If we got it wrong, or it arrived damaged

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, short, or with the wrong item, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Here's how:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Have your order number ready.
• Send photos of the box and what was inside.
• Keep the box and packaging until we've sorted it out.

Need to cancel?

Call us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you.

Orders we cancel

If we can't legally ship an order to your address, the age requirement isn't met, or the payment doesn't go through, we cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
