Shipping Information
How we ship
- Every order ships from Phoenix, Arizona by UPS Ground.
- Ammunition ships as a regulated hazardous material (Limited Quantity), so it can't go by air, overnight, 2-day, or USPS.
- We can't ship to PO boxes or outside the United States.
- Orders usually ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Delivery time after that depends on how far you are from Phoenix.
What shipping costs
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order. It is never free, except for Brass Club members (see below). Checkout shows your exact shipping cost before you pay.

For a rough idea: a box or two is usually under 3 lb, and a 1,000-round case of 9mm or 5.56 usually falls in the 20 to 30 lb row.

Options at checkout
- Adult signature: optional $7.65 add-on on any order. Colorado orders ship with an adult signature because Colorado law requires it (21+).
- Shipping insurance and discreet (plain) overbox packaging are also offered at checkout.
- Some items, such as primers, carry an added hazmat fee that shows at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship ammunition to most US states. California orders ship to a California-licensed ammunition vendor near you for pickup, and Colorado orders ship with an adult signature because Colorado law requires it (21+). We can't ship to New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Local laws change, and some cities and counties have their own rules. It's up to you to know the law where you live. If we can't legally ship an order to you, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Age
You must be 21 or older to order. When you enter the site you confirm you're 21 or older, and that confirmation is saved with your order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the age requirement for everything in it.
