What do you sell? Do you sell firearms?

Ammunition. We don't sell firearms.

Do you still go to gun shows?

Yes. We still sell ammunition at gun shows.

Are you part of another ammo store?

No. Heisenberg Ammo LLC is a family-owned business in Phoenix and is not affiliated with any other ammunition retailer.

Buying

How old do I have to be?

You must be 21 or older to order. When you enter the site you confirm you're 21 or older, and that confirmation is saved with your order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the age requirement for everything in it.

How do I pay?

Online orders are paid by credit or debit card. Card-paid orders carry a 3% Technology Fee on the order total (items, shipping, and tax). It shows as its own line at checkout before you pay.

Can I order something that's out of stock?

No. We don't take backorders. If it's on the site and in stock, it's on our shelf.

Do you do bulk or quote pricing?

Most products come in more than one pack size, each with its own price. For bulk orders, or if you're buying for a store, range, or agency, contact us and a person on our team will get back to you with a quote.

What is the Brass Club?

Our membership. Members get free UPS Ground shipping on online orders. See Brass Club.

Shipping

How do you ship?

UPS Ground only, from Phoenix. Ammunition is a regulated hazardous material, so it can't go by air, overnight, or USPS, and we can't ship to PO boxes.

How much is shipping?

By weight, starting at $16.99 for orders up to 3 lb. A 1,000-round case of 9mm or 5.56 usually ships for $29.99. The full table is on our Shipping Information page, and checkout shows your exact cost before you pay.

How fast does my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Delivery time after that depends on how far you are from Phoenix.

Which states can't you ship to?

We can't ship ammunition to New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. California orders ship to a licensed ammunition vendor near you for pickup, and Colorado orders need an adult signature (21+). See Where We Ship for every state.

Can I require a signature?

Add an adult signature at checkout for $7.65 — optional on any order. Colorado orders ship with an adult signature because Colorado law requires it (21+).

After you order

Can I return ammo?

No. Once ammunition ships, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, short, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. See our Return Policy.

Why was my order canceled?

Usually because it couldn't legally ship to your address, the age requirement wasn't met, or the payment didn't go through. Canceled orders are refunded in full.
