Do You Need ID or to Be 21 to Buy Ammo?

Do you need ID or to be a certain age to buy ammo?

At Heisenberg Ammo you must be 21 or older to buy any ammunition, in the shop or online, and no membership or dealer license is needed. In the shop, bring a valid government photo ID. Rules differ by state and sometimes by city, so check your state and local law as well. This page is general information, not legal advice, and your local rules apply on top of our store policy. Online orders follow the same 21 and over rule. Some states add their own rules about who may buy ammunition and how, so look up the rules where you live before you order.
